Separate out leadership role within organization or include with activity description?

I was in a clinical volunteering org for two semesters and during the second one I was a peer leader & helped train/mentor new volunteers. Is it better to tie this into the community service - medical/clinical activity description or not mention it there and put it separately as leadership?

I don't have any other leadership roles unfortunately and don't really want to leave that section blank.

Is there a consensus on which is better?

Generally you decide what aspect of the activity you want to highlight and place it in that category.
Don't put the same activity in 2 categories.
