I'm planning out the rest of my college coursework right now, as I have to register for Fall tomorrow. The plan I am trying to do right now (to help me graduate faster, and help the GPA) involves me taking Physics 1 w/ Lab this summer, then taking Physics 2 w/ lab in Spring 2019, both at UT Dallas. Is taking them with that much time in between an awful idea? or doable? with this, my Spring 2019 semester will be very light and I will be studying for the MCAT as well.

I understand it seems very strange, but it's a very complicated story lol

If I decide that i shouldn't do this, i will be taking Ochem 1 with Physics 2 and physics 2 lab at UT Austin in Fall 2017, along with 6-9 other hours, which would probably be awful.

Just make sure you grasp vector resolution by the time you start your second class.

Are you taking algebra or Calc based physics?

Agree with poster 1, only similarity for mine was vectors.

Edit: I took algebra based physics. Which at my school is General Physics.

this summer, I am taking Algebra based physics 1 (lecture) and for the lab itll be calc based. So when I take physics 2, i will definitely try to do algebra based.

Yea you'll be fine then. You shouldn't have to reteach yourself much algebra, Calc is a different story I think
