September 1st quick question

Hey guys;

Quick question...I want to submit my ERAS on the 1st; however, I won't have my LoR or MSPE sent till late August (MSPE won't ship out till end of sept). Do I have to wait till they have received my letters and scanned them in the system before I submit the ERAS?
