September 5th vs 15th.. does it matter?

Okay, so I know that no apps will actually be transmitted until 9/15.. but you can submit on the 5th. Does it matter if you won’t be ready by the 5th? Not really sure what I am doing. Recently decided on a specialty so I am working the kinks out.

Applying FM. 211/245. Thinking 20 programs.

It doesn't matter. Everything submitted up to 9/15 will show as submitted on 9/15 and be transmitted at the same time.

I definitely plan on having it complete before then as the site slows to a snails pace ive been told. Better to be done earlier.
