Ok so my kaplan started 2 weeks ago, im doing the readings an online readings an lil quizes they give, an im doing fine on them. But when i go to take the bio sections im scoring 58%!!!!🙁 This is horrible an not helping me. What can I do to improve upon myself. I plan on taking the DAT jun 1st.

Is this normal to have trouble at first.

The vast majority of the section tests I did I got around 60%. That is normal, you're supposed to get them wrong, and then learn from the mistakes by reading the explanations.

Most of the tricky stuff I was able to learn with those explanations, just be sure to go over them after you take any of the tests or quizzes. I did fine on the DAT, don't worry. Good luck!

Hey vicviper nice 30 on RC what was your method or tactic to dominate RC. I usually do the numbering the paragraphs, writing key things down but it doesnt always work....? Thoughts?

Hi there, thanks 🙂 , I just posted my detailed method in the thread right below this one "I want to study for RC." Careful though, my SnD method doesn't work for everyone. I actually found that making a big map made me go much slower, so I ended up maybe only jotting one or two words and their locations down per passage. Good luck!

I think with Bio you just have to review, review, review. I didn't do so well on my first few bio practice tests, but the more I studied, the better I did. I went through Kaplan BB, Destroyer, and Cliff's. I especially liked Cliff's for going through the topics I wasn't that familiar with. It gave good outlines for most of the topics.
