I was a junior, made a mistake, and was disenrolled from a service academy. On my form I was rated as an average canidate for comissioning ( a 2, I think). Currently Im serving my ADSC of 2 years (but Im trying to get Palace Chase so that I can can be a full time student and finish my last year and a half of my BA).
My grades are good, aside from the disenrollment, I dont have a bad military record (not UCMJ, UIFS, etc).
Anyone have any experience as far as applying for HPSP or USUHS with this sort of scenario? As much as I read around, I can't find anything saying Im disqualified by default (like ROTC scholarships say) from applying.

Not disqualified, but certainly at a disadvantage. Be upfront with it, and wait and see.

If your mistake was an integrity issue, you may find that it is a significant problem for getting into any medical school, military or otherwise. If you were smoking in the boys room, probably not such a big problem. I think the answer really depends on the circumstances.
