hi so I am considering setting up an outpatient primarily EMG practice, outpatient, for WC, how do you get on WC panels in your area? also what about personal injury /auto cases, how do you set up that ?any insight would be appreciated

primarily EMG practice? im note sure you are going to get much info. that is an unusual practice set up

Full time EMG is possible, but difficult. I know of a neurologist that does exclusively EMG. You'd needed a bunch of orthos/neurosurgeons feeding you. Case managers are the key to work comp. They control the flow of referrals. Go to one of their conferences, or speak at a presentation on a common work comp issue.

If you really want auto cases, market to chiros and lawyers. Good luck with that.
