Can i submit my application before AMCAS receives my transcripts. Would that speed anything up? I'm ready to submit, but im taking a class right now for which ill have my grade next week. Would submitting now and having the transcript sent out next week do anything for me?

The benefit is that you don't have to "monitor" your application for when your transcript comes in. Depending on how often you check your email, you may introduce a few hours of delay if you submit after the transcript is in. If you submit now, your application will get forwarded as soon as your transcript arrives...I would just submit now.
