My friend called me today stating that he was having sex with his girlfriend with her on top. She apparently started moving cephalo-caudal, as opposed to up and down, a lot and he felt a slight pain and a pop immediately superior to the penis . He stopped the act and noticed that his little guy appeared fine, but even though he was aroused, his member was hanging down more than usual. It was at a 90 degree angle with his body as opposed to lets say a 60 degree angle like normal. There was no visible hematoma or gross pain. The only thing I could think of was maybe a tear to the suspensory ligament of the penis. What is the treatment for this? NSAIDs and maybe pelvic rest??? After any sex jokes, I would appreciate any advice I could give him as he refuses to see a physician. Thanks.
