I obviously know an upward trend is good but how forgiving are adcoms for low first 2 year sGPAs but a huge increase the last two years? I know you can't make up for a bad first half of college but the second half was all upper level courses. It's funny because all the prereqs for the upper level are the ones that made my GPA low the first two years. Also the lowest science grade the last two years was B- in biochem but I got a 131 on the bio section on the mcat....Here's the trend for science GPA at top 20 public university:

Freshman: 2.65
Sophomore: 2.90
Junior: 3.66
Senior: 3.81

What's the overall sGPA? Sounds like it'll be around a 3.2-3.3. Low for sure, but not necessarily insurmountable although depending on the MCAT score and other factors a post-bacc/SMP might be worth consideration.

Yea 3.3 science and 3.38ish total. MCAT 515 with 128/128/131/128

I also have other stuff like first author pub but I was just wondering based on the GPA part

im in the exact same boat, extremely similar stats/EC. im debating Georgetown SMP

You have a solid upward trend. 515 is no joke either. I think I'd be inclined with a good solid list to give it an app cycle, I think you have a realistic shot at being competitive with the right school list. I wouldn't do an SMP.

With a really good MCAT score to back up the GPA trend, there are MD schools (and ALL DO) that will throw you some love...starting with your state schools.
