White one do med schools care about more? or does it vary between schools? is it a problem if mine are ~0.1 away from each other?

They are of approximately equal importance, though this varies by school. My committee seems to favor Sgpa somewhat.

A 0.1 difference is negligible. Science gpa tends to be a bit lower.

Not a problem. It totally depends if you're talking about the deans and head executives of the University (cGPA, you know... USNWR rankings) and the admissions committee (probably but not universally sGPA).
