Sounds like pay increases below inflation (0.5%), which is a pay cut.

It hasn't passed. It hasn't even come up for a vote. This is just a proposal.

However, while many Physicians may be angry at such a small pay increase, it's probably the best they could expect at this point. Other proposed bill had no increase, at all. Secondly, we must wait to see specific details on what the new system will look like after five years.
