Does anybody have any recent experience with SGU's Global Scholars Program in the UK? I have been accepted and am trying to decide if I should go. It seems that there are a few downsides (no subsidized loans, terrible weather, etc.) but are there any big advantages to going there vs. Grenada? Any info or tips would be much appreciated!

there are no advantages, the UK program wasn't approved by NJ and Ca in the past i am not sure if that changed, but if you're given the option between the two go to grenada.

A friend attends the Newcastle program and she told me that the program has been approved for a year now. I can't think of any advantages other than the fact that you get to live in europe for a year 🙂

I'm a UK student and have never heard of it, we don't really have that many schools, so that should tell you something. It is not approved by the GMC. There have been a few stories about private med schools in the UK in the past and they are all totally dodgy.
