I have a few questions. What is the class size for St. George's? I'm thinking of entering the August class. Also, will the graduation be at the main campus or at states? What is the total debt for a M.D. degree from St. george's assuming I'm from California. Thanks in advance.
The debt is probably closer to 240-280k. It all depends on how much you spend and how much you need to borrow. If you need to borrow the whole amount, it will be 250k+

The actual debt is difficult to pin down because the amount borrowed is significantly different than the amount owed. I am not talking total of payments at the end of 20 years. I am talking about capitolized interest accrued during training. I got about $45k tacked on to my total due to deferment, forbearance, hardship, etc. I did nothing different than anyone else in my class and walked away with $264,000 July 1, 2005 (the day I graduated fellowship).
Now they have done something interesting and ended the deferment/fellowship/harship. Who knows what will happen for the poor bastards graduating this year.
