Hi guys. I found this forum just recently. I guess I am just not up to par with application process.
I am a non-trad applicant who decided to apply to SGU. I had taken MCAT while back (7yrs ago) but decided to work instead and forget about medicine.
However, my passion for medicine was reborn and I decided to take the plunge. I was however deathly scared to take MCAT again (since I don't remember much of anything), applied to SGU because SGU accepted my old MCAT.
I applied about 1 1/2 month ago (for January spot), I haven't heard back from them except a letter stating the requirement of LOR. LOR were sent as I was able to confirm with my old profs.
How long does it take for them to get back to you? When do you usually hear about interviews? I am getting little anxious since I feel like my life is on hold. (Need to sell my house, get finances together etc...)
Can anyone currently attending SGU answer my questions? Thanks in advance
