Hey everyone, I'm not sure if I asked this already, but I was wondering for SGU if you all know how I should fill this out...

#1) How do I put my grades for both lab and lecture? It seems like they want me to combine them somehow...

#2) I took AP Bio, but I retook one semester for ****s and gigs, (GPA boost)

#3) How do I separate Physics 1 and 2?

Thanks everyone... here's what it looks like

Undergraduate Science Coursework Table
The following specific undergraduate coursework is required as part of the premedical requirements for admission:
Course Title Year Taken Credit Hours Grade Institution
General Biology I or Zoology w/lab
General Biology II or Zoology w/lab
Inorganic Chemistry I w/lab (General or Physical)
Inorganic Chemistry II w/lab (General or Physical)
Organic Chemistry I w/lab
Organic Chemistry II w/lab
Physics w/lab
Math: Calculus, Computer Science or Statistics
English

1. like i've been told numerous times, it doesn't really matter since they'll see your transcript eventually. lab grades are disregarded.

2. i don't think AP bio counts for anything in life.

3. ??? just put your grades in.

I know this doesn't have anything to do with this thread, but I nobody answered this question in the pre-med forum. I'm using a Kaplan premier study book to study for the MCAT. It has a large amount of Anatomy and Physiology study material. From what I've heard and read in pre-reqs I haven't found anything that says A&P is a requirement. For people who have taken the MCAT already, are there actually questions on the MCAT regarding this subject? This is just confusing me a little. Thanks!

There might be some stand-alone questions about anatomy, but nothing more than is covered in the Kaplan reviews.

now when you say stand alone questions does that refer to questions that aren't connected to a passage? How can they put questions about anatomy on a test that doesn't require a student to take an anatomy course? That doesn't seem fair. Such is life I suppose

It is only basic anatomy covered in every basic biology course. The organs, organ systems and the functional systems. You do not need to take anatomy to know those basics.
