Shadowing a DO in Chicago

Hi,

I've recently developed an interest in DO school and really wanted to shadow a DO. Does anyone know of any DOs that I could shadow in Chicago? Thanks sooo much!

You pick which one(s) you want to shadow based on specialty or location and the AOA sets it up for you adn the doc will contact you as soon as he/she gets the notificatino.

Oh, and I did a search for DO physicians in Chicago, IL and these are the results. So just click the box next to the mentor you'd like to shadow and they will be contacted.

Huh, that is interesting, wish I had known about that awhile ago. I will have to hope my MD letter will be good enough.

When I go to that site, it tells me I have to be a member, aka a DO doc or already a med student. [ https://www.osteopathic.org/inside-aoa/about/join/Pages/default.aspx ] So how is it possible to search for DO to shadow? When I click on your links above, they all bring me to the login page.
Please help!

The site is completely different now, so they may no longer do the mentor program.
