Shadowing different specialties

When you shadow different specialties of physicians, would you list them separately on the medical school application?

I listed all of my shadowing opportunities together on my AMCAS. I used the other 14 slots for my other activities. If you have more to fill up on your application, definitely group your shadowing together.

What WildcatsDoc did is typical. Most would list all the shadowing in one space under "Other". Name the activity Physician Shadowing, then in the narrative portion give details about dates, doctor's name, specialty and contact info, brief description, then total hours. Give a grand total at the bottom of the space.
