Shadowing Experience on Primary?

Hi Guys,

Couldn't find a clear consensus on the topic from recent past forums.

Should we include our shadowing experience in the EC section of the primary application and list it as "Job Shadowing Physician"? Or should we not bother to list it at all in the primary application. I did about 20 hours or less of shadowing MD and DO together so I don't know if it's something they even want to see. They get a DO letter anyways, right?

Put it on your primary under extracurriculars. This is definitely something that you want schools to see initially. I just listed it as job shadowing, N/A for organization, and listed the number of hours.
