Okay guys so I started shadowing a Radiologist and I was thinking if I should log the hours? Another question! How many hours are recommended when you apply to med school? Thanks!

You should definitely log the hours. I would say around 50 hours of shadowing a few different physicians is adequate.

I keep an Excel sheet with most of my hours logged for various ECs.

40-50 hours is probably fine. I'd say to get exposure with multiple physicians and include some primary care.
