Shadowing on AADSAS

Can someone give me an example of what was written on the description part of the AADSAS application for shadowing. All I did was watch and ask questions. I know some people actually did volunteer work, but I did nothing like that. Writing just "observe dental procedures" seems strange to me.

I wrote "I observed Dr. ___ for three whole days and saw patient consults and fillings."

something obviously lame like that. I mean, all we did was stand in the corner.
