Shadowing on Application

For some reason i forgot to put my shadowing hours on my AADSAS application. I do have a recommendation letter from a dentist that I shadowed which includes the specific number of hours I was in his office as well as some of the things that I observed. Do you think I should contact the schools about forgetting to include it on the application or just leave it how it is?

I think you are ok. Schools are smart. When they look through your app they will see the shadowing hours in the dentist LOR, but I also have heard that schools really do skim our apps.
