So, I've attempted to contact the AOA by phone and by email, and received no response regarding available doctors in my area to shadow. Any advice? I made one cold phone call, with no luck, as well. Should I just keep making the rounds of people I found in the phone book?

what major city do you live next to and how far?

did you try that mentorship link posted in the FAQ? I found a DO that way and he is currently my mentor.

I live in the middle of Boston, so I also have access to the surrounding areas (allston, cambridge, etc.)

2 listed in boston. That link is your best bet if you plan to find a DO locally. For a big city Boston is a tough place to find DOs.
