I am applying to both DO/MD schools (but want to be a DO more), and I am shadowing a DO, should I also try to shadow a MD this summer, or just stick with shadowing who I already do (I drive 3 hours, twice a week). Thanks.

If you haven't shadowed an MD before, definitely do it. If you have and it's close, definitely do it. If you have and it's far, I wouldn't recommend it (esp with gas prices). Hope that helps somewhat. 😉

i guess that made me sound like i lived in a remote area, i actually don't, but the guy i am shadowing is a prominent alumnae from the school i want to get into...
