Hey guys, I was wondering what you guys did after you shadowed someone for like 20 hours? Did you guys obtain any sort of proof that you shadowed from the doc? If not then what's the proof that you did shadow so-and-so for ___ amount of hours?

Some schools require a lor from a dentist or have forms to verify your hours...it really depends on the school.

I don't believe you need tangible proof of your volunteering or shadowing hours. The application just asks you to state what you did to introduce yourself to the dental atmosphere. I heard that during the interviews they might ask you about them too. Just don't lie about them because it will ruin you if they find out.
