Hello,
I've always wanted to be a doctor; better yet a surgeon (plastic surgeon to be specific)... though I do have many qualities to be a great surgeon or doctor, sometimes when holding my hands out in front of me, they shake. They don't shake much and not like others, but they still shake.

I'm trying to have steady hands to the point where they don't move at all. Are there any techniques or practices I can do to learn how to have steady hands?

This thread may be useless to you: SHaky hands

But yeah maybe just stick with saying you're interested in surgery, not plastics specifically -- don't wanna pigeonhole yourself or come off as a gunner

I doubt it makes any difference. My hands shake sometimes when I shoot (pistol) but it doesn't stop me from being extremely accurate. The extraneous shaking goes away as soon as I commit my hands to something muscle memory.

Do you drink caffeine excessively or struggle with anxiety? That can cause some shakiness. Just a thought in case it's relevant to you!
