A famous exception to the contraleteral innervation of the brain in volves which system:

auditory
visual
limbic
greek

*I'm studying for psych final and can't find the answer  *

This is kind of a crappy question. The auditory system has both ipsilateral and contralateral projections though the contralateral projections are more important. As far as I know all of the visual system projections are contralateral with respect to the visual field (except in pygmies or albinos or some other rare group I vaguely remember from neuro), but each eye has both ipsilateral and contralateral projections because each eye sees both halves of the visual field. The limbic system doesn't even really make sense in this context and the Greek system is apparently a lame attempt at a joke.

I think they want you to select the auditory system, but I don't like the way the question is worded.

Thanks for the response guys!
This question was a bit shaky to me too given that I could not reason the answer even after reading the book or class notes. Thanks again. :luck: :luck: :luck:
