Well I bought BABA calls on the dip yesterday AM but didn't sell EOD yesterday. FML

I think your should focus on long-term holds.

NIO - bought at 3, sold at 2.
OSTK - bought at 9 sold at like 13
LaC bought at 4 sold at 5


Those are just the ones I can think off off the top of my head. Buying companies and holding is easier and can be more lucrative than day trades. Obviously I learned that the hard way because those are 3 of my mistakes since I had about 200-500 shares of each.

All things you need to learn as a new investor.

Definitely have to focus long term.
 
Bought 42 BB @6.85. I plan on go heavy on BB tmr as my fund settles in. Plan to hold long term.

I went big on IPOE. Have $10,000 invested. Avg cost is approx 16.50. I'm holding this for a very long time.

Sofi is an incredible company and we use it as our online bank. They have investment, insurance, loans, etc, crypto, etc

Unreal I bought 700 shares of IPOF at 12.17 EOD on 12/31 instead of IPOE because I heard rumors that IPOF would get a target sooner... But I sold 1/15 12.5 covered calls at 0.50 so I guess it doesn't matter in the end 😅.

Damn. Oh well. I have some ipof too because that rumor. I park cash in some spacs incase there is a random rip

Well that was short lived. Looks like typical Friday selloff is starting so I dumped some bags at significant losses for buying power: CETX, CYDY and AESE. So that means if you guys buy now they will skyrocket soon!

Bought [email protected]. Will average down more if it falls in afternoon.

Road to 100k: $48,375 still somehow up $650 today

I'm basically flat for the day. Grabbed a few ENG.
 
Sold the 220 BNGO at 5.10 (bought at 4.68) may renter if it drops.

Placing the profit into PSLDX (main holding fund).

I sold it all last month, sadly. Made some money from garbage stocks but would have been better off keeping NIO the whole time. Live and learn.

Jumped back in during the chaos on Wednesday, a measly 49 shares and already up 11%. Slowly accumulating more.

Yep panic sold all my NIO at 44-45ish and PLTR at 25-26ish in December. Looking back, selling PLTR wasn't such a bad move.

I think I was at $43k with NIO/PLTR at the highest point then dropped to $36k after I sold. Clawed my way back up to 48-49k now but I added since then.

NIO was 10% of Tesla's price when it was 42 so I expect it would make its way up to 70-80 soon, hopefully after today's NIO day.

I've got GEVO at $3.31, IDEX at $2.35, NNDM at $8.33, ARKK at $121.47 and ARKG at $95.30 averages now. I think these will grow just as fast.

But I think you guys should look at BB (no longer a phone company but a security firm with long list of patents). Guess what, their partners include Xpeng and NIO (V2X and QNX technology for automated driving system and data integrated), and many more partners.
The stock gonna rise this year for sure, how much, I don't know but I think should be 10-15$ soon. Invest small if you want to test it out, but I'm bullish on BB (as my main play this year are energy, security, bio, and SPAC)
Hope it will moon in a month or so. I'm accumulating shares, anything less than $7.5.
Currently sit on 1200 @ avg 7.35

NIO seems expensive but has potential to go to 300 by 2025 maybe even sooner. It really is baby Tesla in China.
