I read that too, although I can't find the article at the moment. It was made as an advertisement for Samsung LED products. It's at least partially real, using real people and herding dogs but it was digitally enhanced.

I don't care if the big picture was photoshopped. Those dogs endured LED coats and were still whipping around doing their job. Then again, I do have a soft spot for a good herder.
The sheep had the coats on too but, meh... Their sheep.
