What would you say are the best books to use to prep as far as ?'s for SHELF exams:
This is what I've heard:
Surg: Appleton and Lange, Pre-test
Psych: ???
Peds: Pre-test, Peds in Review
OB/GYN: Pre-test
Med: MKSAP 2 and Physical Diagnosis Pre-test

I remember finding enough errors in A&L Surgery that made me stop using it because I didn't know if I could trust it.

Although it's a little on the basic side, Pre-test is okay for psych. The psych shelf is probably the easiest of all the shelf exams.

Don't forget family med. NMS Q&A is pretty good for it.

Any opinions on Kaplan's Qbank for Step II? I heard the ?'s were on the easy side?!
