Me too!! Have you received anything from them yet?

Just checked my email and saw I had an email from SU. Unfortunately, not an acceptance but a generic email stating the admissions committee could not meet today and would decide my fate next week. Oh well, another week of waiting won't kill me. I already sent my package back to Temple University so I am guaranteed there.

I was rejected there due my application was received so late according to their standards... *sigh*

Wow three in a row here I just received my email today for Acceptance into the Fall 2008 program. I'm very excited as it was my first choice (of 3 schools applied). Now I have to find housing....and calculate living expenses etc. How about some of you who are accepted to Shenandoah and are possibly looking to rent or more information about finances PM me and we can exchange contact info.

does anyone know what kind of laptops that we are required to rent? I hope they r tablets...lol

and also, do u kno if we get to keep them after our 4 years, cuz it says rent...haha

As far as laptops go... I do not think they will be tablets lol ( i might be wrong). But they give you 1 and in your 3rd year they replace it with another one which you will keep. My got feeling tells me it wont' be so good😀

There is a thread shenandoah class of 2012, i think ppl are discussing renting/roomate possibilities.

The laptops will probably be IBM Thinkpad, unless they switched without us knowing. They should be traded in at the end of P2 year before you leave for summer vacation. As far as I know, you get to keep the one you use during P3-P4 years. Having said that, all of this could change over time...

I don't care much for the Thinkpads - P2s this year are still using the T60, while the P1s and P3s have the next later model I believe. I heard a rumor once last year that there would be a switch to Apple at some point; haven't heard a word about it since.

Gpa 3.2 Microbiology B.S.
3.5 GPA Pre-Pharmacy Pre-Requisite
67 PCAT. All scores were above 60 except Chem 58
100+ hours of Shadowing a pharmacist
Member of Pre-Pharmacy club

Working as an In-Home PC technician

Should i even go to shenandoah university? I dont have money lying around for the Airplane tickets. I'm so poor 🙁!, i have to work constantly to keep a roof over my head.
Please let me know if i even have a shot?

As far as I know, the interview is closed file. That means the people who will interview you know nothing about your stat. I'd say go for it. Just try your best at the interview! I have an interview over there on 1/23.

Yeah I have to work 2 jobs to support myself here. I feel your pain on the airplane ticket LOL! 🙄
