Shift work/circadian rhythm disruption studies

Hello all, im posting in here as well since your field obviously has a lot of shift work including overnight shifts. I'm wondering if anyone here is available to share some research/literature showing the effect of overnight work/circadian disruptions for my presentation to the hospital administrator. We are an anesthesiology group and we are trying to change our 24 hour calls (very busy), especially on weekends since it means 2 entire weeks of no days off + random circadian rhythm disruption. I found some but obviously you all may be more familiar to the subject.
