Shifting right or left question

Okay, when they say "shift to the right" which direction do we go? Is it towards the 100mmHg or the 40mmHg. What is the convention?

Towards the 100/the line that is labeled as a pH 7.2.

Then can you please explain this question if you know how to solve it? That's what I thought too, but it didn't make sense for me with the answer for this Q :/

In the tissue, you have myoglobin. The affinity of oxygen for myoglobin is greater than that of hemoglobin naturally. When you have a right shift your affinity for hemoglobin decreases, therefore it is more willing to release its oxygen to myoglobin. Their answer options suck.
