im trying to save some money with the application, but it seems like everyone is applying to 10+ for "safety." i was planning on applying to 6 or 7, what do you think of my list with my stats?

oGPA / sGPA: 3.88 / 3.83
DAT: 21 / 21 /21
lots of shadowing (all dental specialties and gp with assisting) and leadership (ta, tutor, pres of a club)

my list (in no order)

maryland
pitt
penn
temple
columbia
uconn
nyu

do you think that it is necessary to apply to more???? thanks for your input!

With your stats I'm sure you'll get in as long as you don't bomb your interviews.

Your stats look pretty good so you might be fine with 6-7. My stats were a little lower and I applied to 11, interviewed at 5, accepted at 3.
