Day 4​

Before they knew it, Club BastardMods had become quite the lonely place. As the sun went down on this day, only 3 party-goers seemed to have it left in them to continue on. One bold soul yelled "Come on guys!!! We cant stop now!!! Another round!!!!" Three shots slid across the bar, with the first gal slamming her shot immediately. Looking invigorated, the other two figured maybe it would perk them up as well...hair of the dog, ya know? Hopeful, but still reluctant, they downed their drinks as well. Before they could finish swallowing, they watched as their friend fell to the floor and began writhing and foaming at the mouth. Blood then spewed from her mouth, as if her insides were just eroding away. Her eyes bulged, her throat closed up, and after grabbing up at her neck in the hopes that anything could allow her just one more breath, the life suddenly drained from her body. Her body went limp, her head fell down against the floor, and a last bit of blood slowly dripped from her lip down to the floor, like a water faucet that had only been turned 99% of the way off.

As the group looked on in horror, from behind the bar came a loud cackling laugh. It only grew louder as a second person emerged to take the bartender's side. The bartender reached out and slammed a bottle down on the bar, wide-eyed and grinning from ear to ear. The bottle presented in front of them was nothing they had seen before... a simple generic brown glass bottle, with a black label that showcased a large skull and cross-bones. The two remaining drinkers slowly looked down into their glasses and then turned to look at each other with the knowing expectation that they were in serious trouble. It seems even the milk had been tainted. A warm tingling sensation welled up in their throats which quickly turned into an unbearable, searing, burning pain. The excruciating pain rapidly spread throughout their bodies as they fell to the ground, wishing for death. And death... it did indeed come.

The wild-haired, crazy-eyed bartenders tossed out the deadly bottle, and cracked open a bottle of Glenlivet 1967, 30 year Cellar Collection. A healthy pour for each, they raised their glasses, and without much emotion, seeming like it had all just been a little too easy, they simply said, "To victory."

Now THIS warm tingling sensation was the one that all the others had hoped to attain all along.

After all, the best way to enjoy a drink is to sip, not to shoot.

@Aprilthearab, FIREBALL, a VANILLA WOLF, who had 24 hours from game start to convert a player at the expense of her first faction kill; or choose to play the game alone with added abilities

I apologize to those who didnt enjoy the game and/or thought it was unbalanced. I had to adjust the roster for a smaller size but wanted to keep some of the fun village roles. I thought it ended up village-sided so I basically let April choose who she wanted to wolf with, framed as a conversion, and that person would retain their PR to the wolf side. If she had chosen a vanillager I was going to give them an extra kill. I dont see the conversion as "bastard" as it was essentially still 24 hours into the game, some people might not have even checked in yet, so its not like a huge village bloc had formed in any way, as opposed to something like RvB. I also included 2 village JOATs on the chance that one of them was yeeted early or got converted, and exactly both happened. Will have to ask Chaos about the math probabilities on that one.

So I agree that's the real lesson here. I never have to lean on those kinds of clears when I am village, so if that's all you've got, probably yeet me to the moon or whatever lol I don't think I played all that well this game outside of good use of my role. It's not really what I pride myself on when I'm wolfing anyway. Hence why I didn't so much feel like bragging, in addition to just feeling a bit bad about how things went.
