Stats are good, but not high enough for school like Columbia.

If you have the money to spend then go for it. I added them late, 9/9/11 and I still haven't heard anything from them. Not expecting a pre-dec interview...

I don't think your DAT scores are high enough for Columbia. They like insanely high DAT scores.

If you are looking for a pre-dec interview from Columbia, forget about it. The truth is your DAT scores aren't that nice or hot for Columbia. But if you have the money and patience, you can definitely apply.

I think a lot of people who applied early (June/July) have not even heard back. My gut feeling is they are slowing up with giving out interviews for pre-december slots.

I applied in the very first batch and have yet to hear anything regarding an interview/rejection from columbia. I wonder if that's their way of saying "sorry..."

I think Columbia's pre-dec interviews are all taken up...I know they are booked through Nov at this point.

They will still invite people till March 2012. If they didnt send you a rejection letter, that means you still have a chance.

I think anyone still applying this late, or still waiting from their application earlier in the summer, will be waiting until December or next year.

My friend applied there last year and did not hear the final verdict until February or so keep your head up!

You have pretty good stats..I don't think you will be applying ever again to dental school so why not? You never know until you try.

because i applied to 21 schools already and i could use this money for other reason instead of a donation to Columbia lol if i cant get in, i dont see a reason to apply.
