Hey all!
I've e-sumbitted about about 3 weeks and was wondering if I should add a few more schools. My list is below as well as my stats. I really just don't want to have to take a year off and the more I think about it the more I think I should add maybe 3 schools? Any suggestions on where to add?

3.57 oGPA
3.43 sgpa (Strong upward trend, mediocre freshman year haha)
19 AA, 19 TS, 20 PAT with nothing below an 18 (20 bio, 22 RC)
200 hours shadowing clinically and in private practice
Lots of volunteer and EC, also a college athlete and captain of my team
Play saxophone in a local jazz group yadda yadda yadda.
NY resident

My list (in no particular order)
1. Buffalo
2. Pittsburgh
3. Lake Erie (LECOM)
4. New England
5. Bu
6. Tufts
7. VCU
8. Kentucky
9. Marquette
10. Minnesota (know someone there)
11. UNC (dream)
12. Louisville
13. Midwestern

Thanks guys!

Just by the stats you've listed, you sound like a solid applicant! (but your personal statement, extracurriculars, etc make a huge difference)

That looks like a pretty solid list. I don't have any schools in mind, but it never hurts to apply to a few more if that makes you feel b ether! It's easier to pay that extra bit of money now than to pay with a whole new round of applications next year. That being said, 13 is quite a few schools and you have a good range there. Good luck!

@Typical Average Student @Bucks783 Thanks for the input guys! I'm thinking about Rutgers, Maryland and Roseman. I've thought about NYU but its just so dang expensive (because of cost of living) it makes me cringe and has kind of deterred me from it a bit. Thoughts?

I haven't looked at temple much, I'll check it out.
