Should I apply? Advice!

Quantitative Reasoning - 17
Reading Comprehension - 21
Biology - 21
General Chemistry - 21
Organic Chemistry - 16
TS - 19

I know my Organic is low. This mark really surprised me as on Bootcamp the lowest I had gotten was 18 and everyone claims bootcamp is a bit harder. I was also surprised at PAT because every bootcamp PAT exam I always got 20+. Is my organic going to really hurt me? I want to re-do but since I just gave my DAT, I can't give another one until September and I really want to apply this year. Any advice would be appreciated! Should I apply now as first batch and give exam again in September?

Maybe you can call admissions of the schools you want to apply to and ask them about cut off scores? It also depends on other aspects of your application as well. Is your GPA pretty good? Do you have a lot of shadowing, etc? Your scores aren't too bad, and it is also possible for you to apply and let the schools now that you will be retaking it in September and they might wait to see what your new scores are (at least, that is what one of my friends did).
