I want to apply this cycle but I am not sure which OOS friendly schools I should apply to.. what schools are considered to have low tuition OOS?

My stats are
oGPA: 3.5
sGPA: 3.1 (no upward trend due to working / volunteering during the semester)
DAT: 26 TS , 30 bio and 30 orgo

No, because ADDSAS sent me an email the other day saying apply before or on August 31st and you will still be considered early
So I thought there must be something special about that date, lol.
