You would be better off to apply in early June. The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a ~50% chance for a MD acceptance. Some schools average scores so unless you score at least 4 points higher it will not increase your chances significantly. Also data shows that those who repeat a 512 score have a 1/3 chance of scoring the same or lower. I suggest these schools with your stats:

If you apply in June you can pre write your secondaries. If you score significantly higher you may be able to add more schools in late July.

Submit your secondaries before your new score. Schools will not wait on your new score since you already have a score of 512 on your application.
