I wanted to know if I have a good chance at getting into the program and If I should/shouldn't get my hopes up.
Current stats after finishing my sophomore year of undergrad:

My ACT score: 30 (I did take it again and did worse(26), and I think ill have to submit both scores.)
Undergrad gpa so far: 3.82
Science gpa so far: 3.80
Shadowing experience: around 100 hours across different specialties and in rural populations.
Non clinical volunteer experience: around 20 hours but I will be joining more organizations in the next few weeks which will increase this amount.
Clinical volunteer hours: 114 hours escorting patients, helping in the cardiac procedures unit, and in the emergency department.
Volunteer Scribe hours at a free clinic set up for homeless individuals: 30
Volunteer at a free clinic: 12 hours (will have just started this)
Undergraduate research: around 67 hours so far (just started a couple months ago)
Student Senator: for 1.5 years, 2 hours a week approx. Got to make a couple meaningful changes, and learned to collaborate with others
Work at a public health research organization: 252 hours, name will be on a publication once they post it
Work at the department for Clinical Research at a hospital (clinical research exposure and this is ongoing): 300 hours
Work as a snowboard instructor: 126 hours.

My LOR will have 2 strong ones and 1 good one.

Essays will be unique and personal in my opinion

You didn't mention the actual program, so it's probably really hard for anyone to give you real feedback...
I say why not? Go for it. If you get accepted, great then all you have to focus on for the next 2 years are maintaining grades and taking the MCAT if required. If you don't, no harm done. You keep doing great with academics and EC's and apply to med schools when you are ready.
