Should I apply to BU?

I've heard some things about BU dental (from someone I know) that make me not want to apply there, but now I'm wondering whether I should apply there anyway.

I don't want to not get into dental school, but I also don't think I want to go to BU. What would you guys do if you were in this situation?

I don't want to disclose this in a public forum, because I don't think it's right for me to do so. Ultimately, everyone needs to make their own decisions, and I don't want to be accused of hearsay. I don't think that's right. It's not my place to talk about someone else's experience. All I'm saying is that I'm starting to wonder whether what was told to me is really bad enough to cross this school off of my list. And I'm starting to think it isn't. It's not a huge thing, and I think it has more to do with the person I talked to than the situation itself. I think my parents really put the whole thing into perspective for me. No one is ever going to find a school that meets all of their specifications. And one person's experience doesn't define another's. A DMD is a DDS is a DMD. 😉 And BU's in a great city.

I think I'll add it to my list. 🙂
