Should I apply to T20 MSTP programs with a 3.55 Overall, 3.3 Science GPA and a 525 on the MCAT?

I have been in 2 labs for 2 years with 4 publications (3 middle author and 1 primary author). I do have a bit of clinical and shadowing experience.

My sophomore year I had the majority of my Cs and hence a low science GPA (had fam circumstances that affected my academic performance significantly).
