Yes, your stats seem to be about average, so I say give it a shot. You don't know until you try right!? In addition, try to do volunteer work/informal post-bac/research/shadowing more...etc., so that it will buff up your app and hopefully Adcom will grant you an interview or two...Also, apply wisely & broadly to schools that are OOS friendly!

Your GPA and DAT scores are good enough to get you into most schools, especially if you are a resident in a state with state funded schools and also for private schools. I had average stats, but have tons of hours managing a free dental clinic, and I got in. So find those kind of ways to separate yourself.
