Hello,
I'm a Virginia Resident- GPA 3.8 gpa and 511 MCAT score. I'm working now as a scribe. A reapplicant this cycle. Applied to in state schools end of July and out of state in August. Haven't heard anything back. Advice?
Patience is a virtue. You might get an II tomorrow, or inMarch.

Did you have DO schools on the list? If not, add some, Beggars can't be choosy.

What was your school list?

If you want commentary on the quality of your application, it would help to know your BCPM GPA and MCAT subscores. Also, a rundown of your pertinent activities with hours of involvement and what you improved since you applied last season. Any Institutional Action or legal issues? Were all LORs strong, or at least not revealing red flags?

Activities:
Volunteering at Hospital for 300 hours.
Tutoring low income kids for 150 hours.
Research at Cancer Institute for 400 hours.
Scribing for 250 hours.
Shadowing for 60 hours.
Volunteering at clinic in Nicaragua for 40 hours.
Had literature review published in peer-reviewed journal.
NIH summer internship for 300 plus hours, and attended a conference.
LOR: two science professors, mentor from tutoring, and research professor. Pretty sure they're all good.
Your Activity list is decent, assuming you didn't engage in any clinical activities in Nicaragua for which you did not have certification in the US and that you included a primary care doc on your shadowing (or scribing) list. Did you meet the posted expectations for LORs for all schools (which I mention as you did not mention a non-science faculty member who taught you).
