Should I bother applying this cycle with a C- in physics lab?

Hi all, at my school, physics and lab courses are considered separate courses. I took 3 physics classes (4 units each, quarter system; I got A and B's), and 1 lab class (2 units, I got a C-). I have 2 questions:

1) is that enough credits to apply to dental school?
2) is a C- in physics lab too low to apply this cycle? Or could I still apply and tell the admissions people I will retake it?

Thanks.

You obviously need to retake that. If it's only two out of a ton of units such that retaking it will not increase your GPA by much, then you probably might as well apply now and provide a plan to retake it. Most schools simply want all requirements done by the time you matriculate.

Thanks for the response. Do I indicate that on my application or tell the admissions people when they ask me about it?

You should be able to enter planned or in progress coursework.
