I think I purchased way too many books. This is what I have. I have started just using the EK bio and EK 1001 biology.

EK- $125
EK 1001 Biology
EK 1001 Organic Chemistry
EK 1001 Physics
EK 101 Verbal
EK Bio

TPR Hyperlearning (2009) -$125
TPR Hyperlearning Biological Sciences Review
TPR Hyperlearning Physical Sciences Review
TPR Hyperlearning Science Workbook
TPR Hyperlearning Verbal Reasoning and Writing Review
TPR Hyperlearning Verbal Workbook
TPR Hypderlearning In-Class Compendium

I have so far spent around $250 on MCAT books and I really want to get BR books based on what people say on the forums. Which books from BR are the most useful and which ones can I throw out?

How would you recommend I use the EK, TPR, and the BR books(if I get some)?

For example, which books should I use for content review? Should I do all the passages in the Science workbook, EK 1001 series, and the BR passages?

I will be a junior and I am planning on taking the MCAT next spring. So, I have about 10-12 months.

ALSO, are there any books you see here that I would not need and if so which? I would like to sell some of the books I don't need.

I can't critique the books you have already bought, since I never bought any of them, but I can tell you about TBR.

It is mostly passages, each subject has about 800-1000 questions that are mostly passage based. So, you should probably be fine with content, if you decide you want more passages in a subject then you could get TBR books for that. If you are worried about money, remember that you also need to purchase the AAMC tests (which if you had to choose between TBR or them, you should definitely choose them). The only book in TBR that I would really recommend against getting is part II of the biology section. It is really too in depth in its biochem topics.

I bought TBR for gen chem and physics. I don't like them after going through both gen chem books.
