My dentist air-mailed(express mail) my reference letter on august 27. I tracked the mail and it arrived on the 28th.

it's been almost two weeks since it arrived but my status under the letter of evaluation is still "new."


should I ask aadsas for an update or is this normal?

I would ask at this point, they will prolly give you some generic answer cuz they are too lazy to actually do anything about it.

Email them. I sent them an email last night with a question and got an answer this morning! They are faster through email then phone call.
