I'm finishing up my AA this semester and about to transfer to UF from a CC. I wasn't focused on grades cause I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and now I have about a 3.45 with a C in General Chemistry 2 is (General chemistry is only prerequisite I've taken) realistically how low are my chances with so many B's/1C. Florida resident African American male with already about 100 clinical hours so far and 150 non.

A 3.45 isn't unfixable - you don't have a ton of credit hours yet and you haven't even taken most of your prerequisites yet. You're also URM and in a lucky state.

I think you'll be absolutely fine, assuming you do well on the rest of your prereqs and do well on the MCAT.

About 46% of African American applicants with the range of GPAs that yours falls in were accepted. If you don't improve the GPA but can get an MCAT equivalent of 27-29, it jumps up to 81%. Totally doable. Improve your GPA and things only get better.

For what it's worth, I had 60-70 hours and a GPA lower than yours and ended up doing fine.
