Should I do a Master's program before med school?

Hi everyone,

I need some advice. I've been accepted to ACSOM (American Canadian School of Medicine) in the Caribbean and just received my rejection letter from the last U.S. school I applied to. However, ARCOM (Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine) invited me to apply to their Master's of Biomedicine Program. If I get accepted and maintain a 3.2 GPA, I'm guaranteed a spot in their medical school for the following year. Since I've been out of school for 6 years, it may be beneficial to get the Master's as a refresher before I go to medical school, but I also really don't want to wait another year before starting med school. Thoughts on what I should do?

I don't know much about ARCOM, but by just looking at their website, I believe that would be the better bet than any Caribbean school.
